LA TRATTORIA
La Trattoria is an iconic Italian restaurant in Marrakech, established in 1974, located at 179 Rue Mohammed El Beqal, in the Guéliz district. Housed in a 1920s Art Deco villa, the restaurant offers a unique ambiance with three distinct spaces: an elegant cocktail bar, an open-air lounge garden by the pool, and a magically decorated indoor lounge designed by renowned designer Bill Willis.
The menu highlights authentic Italian dishes, such as carpaccio di manzo, saltimbocca alla Romana, and an excellent tiramisu. Pasta is also featured, with vegetarian options available. The restaurant is licensed and offers an extensive wine list.
Opening hours are from noon to 3:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to midnight daily. Advance reservations are recommended for dinner, which you can do online. Customer reviews are generally very positive, highlighting the beauty of the decor, the quality of the service and the excellence of the cuisine.
